    Planning to rest today!!!!!

    Yesterday the boys and me sawed 60 cedar logs/950 board feet in 3 hours, a new record for us.
    That's most of it......

    Morning all. Looks like we might get nicer weather today although some rain is in the forecast. No, I did not stay up and watch the coronation last night. I recorded it and when I have time, I will sit and watch it and skip out all the commercials. Today is bookkeeping, library project and hopefully finish a project in the sewing room. Busy day planned. Might get a bit of curling or baseball watching is as well.

    End of weekend: we left Ohio @ 01:45, wanting to get tidied up for the work week, and perhaps stack some wood. 625 miles with 4 very short stops, 8 3/4 hours. It was quiet out there on the interstates, 77, 80, 81, 84. We slowed to 80 toward Williamsport PA, then picked it up again till the CT border. Almost zero traffic.
    T.Jeff Veal sadly, they're in Ohio for a while. My Dad-heart isn't enjoying that at the moment. HE has a purpose and plan for us, will focus on that.

    S.E. Ohio and PA are beautiful states.

    Morning all. Sun came up with clearer skies than the last couple of days. I think we get a taste of summer for the next few days. Headed down island for dentist appointments and some shopping. We hope to visit a friend still in hospital. Last time we went down, he was in a Covid ward.
