Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. I didn't get any notifications on the thread, got busy and missed a week......I'm sorry...
I was on 7PM-7AM shift past week, working on the woodyard in the mornings when I got off. Had record highs this week, in the 80's......
54° this morning, cloudy. Off this weekend, heading to the woodyard, then dinner with friends tonight.

Morning All. We got our snow overnight. So far not as much as predicted. Only about 1 - 2 inches. Still below freezing so it won't disappear quickly. We might take the snow blower to church this morning if they have more snow than us up there. We are 45 mins away from the church.

We can get caught up in the cares of the world, of providing for our families, of worrying for our safety and getting involved with all the world has to offer. Jesus spoke about this in his advice to us. Trust in him to provide for us.

33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matt 6: 33, 34

It flurried most of yesterday afternoon, for a total must over an inch. With more coming, I want to push that inch out of the way.

20⁰ now and overcast. Heading to upper 30's.

I want to refill the deck rack. So, yesterday's snow has to go.

Morning all. Woke up to about 6" of snow overall. Still snowing off and on. We are headed down island to visit a friend who has been moved into ICU and maybe sent down to a more specialized care unit in a bigger community. I hope the roads will be good this morning. Winter has certainly come back with a vengeance for a couple of days. Our trip up to church yesterday was uneventful as the roads were overall good.

Good afternoon y'all. Hope y'all have had a splendid SONDAY so far. It is crazy hot for Feb again today, sitting at 80° right now. We went to Sunday School and church, then ate lunch with our pastor and his wife. Took awhile. We helped the friends we went out with last night assemble their new combo Pit Boss smoker/grill/griddle when we got back last night. They want us to come over tonight and break it in...hope I can find room...

Good morning, members.

Decent day ahead. Mid-20's now. Mid-30's later with some sun.

Snow tonight through tomorrow. 6 inches seems to be a safe number to forecast. It'll be the most we've gotten this winter.

So, a bit of snow prep -

• Top off wood rack on deck
• Fire up snowblowers for a few minutes
• Park vehicles to let snowblower do it's thing
• Walk path to woodyard to remove anything that could get caught in snowblower.

No need to run out for milk sandwich ingredients. I beat the crowd and went yesterday.

Normally, we're done with snow this time of year. I know I'm looking forward to it. One reason I choose to live in New England, is to enjoy it's seasons. Hasn't been much of a winter.

Morning all. Thanks Chazsbetterhalf we did have a safe trip down and back. The sun came out for the day. Snow on the road for half the trip down and the roads were bare on the way back. We got back in time to watch the women's curling final to see who is going to represent Canada at the world's championship.

Back to work this morning. We have about 5 inches of frozen snow on the ground. I don't know if we are going to get any more or not.
