    Good morning, members.

An average day ahead, for a change. 25⁰ now, clear with a bright moon. Heading to upper 30's and sunny.

I'd like to go for a walk this morning. Then, play it by ear.

    Be safe
    Be healthy

    Good morning all.

“Miles to go before I sleep.”

Sitting here quietly with my 18 month granddaughter curled up sleeping in my lap. Good times.
Have to do the commute to airport, fly through a couple of stops, rental car and to the hotel in Dallas before bedtime for work today.

Brought wood in last night and refilled the porch rack so that’s good.
Stopped at a couple of yard scrounges on the way home yesterday but no one was home. I’ll check on them when I get back.

I did want to give a shout out to my old Timberwolf PW1 splitter with the Honda engine. The other day I walked out there with the idea if it starts, I’ll split the truckload of scrounge. If not, I’ll unload the truck and go back in the house and keep the stove company.
Started 2nd pull. Been sitting out in the weather all this year and it’s been a couple of months since last run. Air temp was low 30s.
    Gotta love those Hondas!

To each and all a good day,
    Lenny

Morning All. Woke up to rain this morning. We have a flock of about 20 Canada geese who, campinspecter says, show up every day and wander around either on the lot below us or beside us. Hopefully they don't take up residence in our yard. Shadow will go crazy. As it is, we have construction beginning to happen on the lots below us. So far it is water and sewer connections.

    Everyone have a great day.

Good morning! 47F and cloudy, warmest temps we've seen for a while. Picked up one of my favorite blue pallets and a plastic pallet on my lunch yesterday. I almost have enough...almost. After work I'm picking up some plywood cutoffs. I'm guessing the guy works in the RV or manufactured housing industry. Anyway, at $3 for partial sheets, you can't go wrong. Hopefully I can snag an IBC tote while I'm out. Got to make some mini bundles when I get home. Have a God day!

Good morning everybody. Heading to mid 40s with clear blue skies.
Chaz did a little splitting last night. He still has some logs that need to be cut and split. Guess he plans to work on those this week.
    Have a great day all.

Good Morning... :coffee: ... Was coming home last night... not more than 2 miles from work... I caught something different than normal in the corner of my eye... Just enough of a second look to identify it as a Arborist truck. So I flipped a kitty... When I pulled in the long driveway... A heaping mound of logs and another of log/brush.. A lot off cottonwood, but also a thorny HL, quite a bit of Mulberry, and a hackberry... So I wondered down to the guy... Chatted with him. I offered to bring my trailer for them to load tomorrow... :D... But they cant load... but I could cut ... So I went home and grabbed my saw and went back.... In about 55 minutes got a decent truck load of mostly Mulberry, 4 cuts of Hackberry, and one limb of HL ... Had a really easy piece of HL, but with daylight fading and not wanting to fight the Thorns... I called it a success...

Yesterday turned out to be much better for me as I finally got rid of a 5 day headache. Still weak but feel relieved.

He said it would be done today... So I'll check it out tonight to see, but no high hopes... But there's another place I saw equipment moved into... so maybe a new place in the future... I'll have to keep a eye out for it... Flipped a kitty = U turn ... Must be midwest thing... or a country thing... :D
