Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. 32° heading to 60 later. Woke up early, added some wood to the stove. Pretty neat to see the single flame coming from the big knot on this oak log
Sitting here in the quiet, I keep hearing low rumblings, almost like far off thunder. Clear outside. Might be small earthquakes, we have some occasionally, around the lakes, as the granite shifts and settles, especially with all the rain we had the other day.
Got to fix up a load of 16" splits and deliver them. We have our friends coming from Alabama today, he will be playing/singing in church tomorrow, it will be on FB Live...

Good evening! 32F and cloudy. Got an early start in the shop this morning. Organized yard tools and moved some seasonal stuff back to the Shelter Logic. Fired up the splitter and went through a tote of boiler wood I bought. Split it down to fireplace size. Waiting for a high school basketball game to start. Have a God day!

Morning all. I seemed to have missed a day. We are still dealing with sickness here. campinspecter is still coughing and I have plugged ears. I was going to visit Mom today but on Friday, I found out that the Principal tested positive Thursday night so we are staying close to home for a couple of days.

Sad news this morning to hear our oldest sister-in-law passed away this morning. She was suffering from congestive heart failure. Then I get a text from a friend who tells me she has bone marrow cancer.

So true are the words of 2 Corinthians 6:2
For he says,
“In the time of my favor I heard you,
and in the day of salvation I helped you.”
I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, NOW is the day of salvation.

Please, please do not put off giving your heart to our Lord and Saviour. Surrender to His love and accept the gift of salvation he offers each one of us. Tomorrow is not promised to any of us, only the moment we are in now.

Our friend sang and gave his testimony at church today. I heard many good comments from the congregation. We then took him out for lunch. He will be heading home to Ala tomorrow.
