    No it's just my syrup pan with sap sweetened in it. Was just shutting things down for the night.

    Farmboy707 I'm wondering how the run is so far this year in your neck of the woods? I got a call yesterday from a friend who was boiling but he said he'd be done by noon and then hoped he could gather a little bit more. The trees had shut down and probably have again but with this cold coming we should get more soon. I know my friend had made 70 gallons before yesterday so not bad so far here.

    No really big runs yet weather has been to wacked today is 16c! Then dropping to below freezing tonight. It can't make up its mind. I'm still waiting for that really big run where I make a bunch of syrup. Some ppls trees to the south of me have started to even bud...
