    Never heard of them, never tried them, closest thing I’ve even had to NE Polish/Dutch food was scrapple.

    Mine needed a little soy sauce I think i put a little much rice in it.

    I just got a request for this recipe, so I’m livening up the thread.
    ‘‘Tis the season
    The one thing I noticed from the original post is I didn’t list celery and onion in the ingredients
    To taste for both; one large white chopped fine and three stocks on the celery

    onions and celery stalks were in the pan in the first pic.

    My S-I-L makes these every Christmas and she's quite Irish.
    Although she walks around with an O2 tank now from a lifetime of smoking so that might be the end of that.
