    So... if you have a cold, you're not really sick or contagious?

    I work with a guy that comes in sick, coughs all over everyone, and then we all get it... he won't take a day off...
    That ain't cool....

    wfh has been good for this kinda thing. We do a hybrid schedule and I tell my guys if you feel sick but still ok to work , skip coming in and wfh to keep transmission down.

    That's because I'm a woman :p . I did tell them they were super lucky that I didn't have plane tickets to go see family in KS. If I had planned to leave the state, I would have told them what they could do with it.
