Our 2 dogs have developed a bad habit. Every night around 2-3 o'clock, they get restless and wanna go out. :headbang: I guess it's better than the alternative, no?

It is either me or Shadow that needs to get up and go at 2:30 AM. If it is me, she stays under the covers for another couple of hours until it is her turn.

Thats funny! The dog that wants out at about 2:30 here is also named shadow! Maybe we should have picked some other name?

Still deciding on the 2nd one. 99 says it stays. He is a black lab and likes to roam into the neighbors yards.

That can not happen during the summer months at all. Hopefully, he will be trained better by then. Hopefully.

One neighbor has a dog that is prone to having seizures. I can see the results already. :jaw:

Nice. Checked it out a little bit just now and will have to delve a bit deeper into them.

I wonder if they make on for people? Like when you're Christmas shopping nd spending way too much time in kohls?

I've been looking into these too. Was planning on asking if anyone here had experience. What I'm liking so far is the Tractive. I only have an acre but large fields behind/beside and a pond that Roscoe is allowed to be in. I'd like to be able to see where he is on my phone (at anytime). Some of these, according to reviews, say the refresh rate is not so fast and all it would take is a minute for him to be in an area we don't want.

    Anyone use this specific brand?

DaveGunter hasn't been on for awhile but he uses something for all his hounds. It must work well as hounds seem to have their own mind when they are on scent.

A friend has these for his 2 dogs. Works with the wifi at your house and when it's beyond that switched to cell signal. About $100/yr with the GPS on your phone app.

I think Dave has a Garmin setup for his pups....... speaking of which
