One of the times I went in/out the back door, Rita decided she wanted out too (only 2nd time this year as she doesn't do cold)

I had to keep the two youngsters from going out the door too (they aren't allowed as they could get out of the fence). Spot is more disappointed that Rainey.

Funny thing was, that while I was taking Spot's picture, Rita decided the great outdoors wasn't for her that day. I don't know why, but she turned around on the ramp and I let her back in before getting back to my gardening.

Hayden still gets the puppy hiccups once in a while at about 13 months.

I don't think he'll be having those for very much longer though.

I'll post up some pics of him later. He's a frickin moose. Still think 85 or so lbs, but he forgets he weighs that much.

He's starting to get retrieving down well, more so at night, no idea why. At night he brings the soccer ball right to us, every time until he's tired. during the day, he's good for a couple retrieves then drops the ball to collect treats. Silly, you get the treat, when you give the ball to us, not dropping it 20 feet from us. Goofball.

What a handsome lil dude!! Mine's opposite, turned out to be a little squirt, much smaller than her parents. And retrieving? She'll bring anything back again and again but just wants to press her head against me with the toy in her mouth and only sometimes gives it to me to throw.

I'm so sorry, Happy Trails Frank. I still wake up most mornings with a deep ache in my chest missing Blackie and Blondie.

Looks like our boys. They grow fast no doubt.
Great dogs ; a little too much energy sometimes but wouldn't have it any other way.
