Do you give Heartworm Meds, that should take care of or prevented the tapeworms.

They have been on Heart guard, doesn't work for tapeworms.
Heart guard plus does and their usual inceptor. Just a small switch :picard:

    Got it.

I did not know about DE, just read up on it, have you ever tried it as a dust on the dogs coat as a flea and tick control?

We mainly rely on the collars, I think brand name Bayer is the one that works the best I can't remember.
But we use it on the chickens and other criters. For lice tick flea other/ prevention.
Use it in the garden and such.
Once the ticks subside we take the collars off, we try to mitigate the poison the dogs are exposed to.

Only someone who has been there, done that knows how you feel. Our heart felt sympathy on losing your awesome partner. Remember the good times and take solace in that you gave him the best possible. R.I.P. Diesel...........

Good words. Whenever I see someone hit their dog to correct it, I just want to knock them on their azz! Not the way to handle behavior, not at all.
