    When I read "they are not allowed in the room while we are at the table" that part in "A Christmas Story" instantly came to mind, when the neighbors hounds burst through, plowed over the table, grabbed a bunch of food, then hauled azz!

    My wife made our two wait until the company left before they got their turkey. They knew they wouldn't be left out. I was amazed none of the guest attempted to feed them. I was also pleased that the dogs didn't go begging from them.

    When I had dogs, they knew just how far they could push the kitchen boundary while I was cooking. There were two doorways; one was really close to the stove and fridge, so they knew that they couldn't push past the floor transition (wood to linoleum) even with a toenail; the other doorway, they could push to elbows on the line.

    Saucy has a new bed already, but Maple outgrew hers so we needed to go to petsmart, it happened that there was a good sale today, so we got a very durable and comfy bed for $ 30 bucks off!

    Ill have to hop in tomorrow. ;)

    Its weird, we have noticed Maples eyes normaly a brownish orange color, sometime get green. Even my neighbor compared her to a wolf with peircing eyes that were greyish, turned blue, then he fell backwards. Anyone know anything about changing eyes. I have never heard of this.
