Three dogs on the car seat. Don't know how they do it. this was their supervising time at the wood cut.

One bath, much better! I am guessing this was a drive by instead of a direct hit like the last 2 times. Awesome!

Rain in the forecast w poss snow the next few days. Let the mud games begin!!

Thanks for the awesome idea Gasifier , I had something similar at my previous home, this one is a ranch. I have atleast 8' from the door to the couch, I am :sherlock: ideas for something to put down, 8' is better than nothing...... Flooring will not be installed till the holidays, I can put down anything if anyone here has ideas? Rugs don't work that great, my pampered dogs play big time wrestling on them and scoot them into corners everytime I look away. They chase eachother and put the brakes on after landing on the carpet.

What about a hallway runner? We bought carpet hallway runner and ended up doing the dining room and hallway with it so our older dog didn't slip around. Just double faced taped it down in place.

    I was thinking
Hi WW :) Always happy to hear from you!!

I actually have some rugs here, including a runner....that are currently in storage. Double sided tape did not stop them, they are big dogs, cute and cuddly as can be, :)rofl:  I just noticed one of them crunching up something orange, she is tall enough to reach the counter:picard:and daddy and lil one are carving a pumkin)

I was thinking caulking/stapling some of the new mesh like artificial turf in that 8' opening. It's kinda like a synthetic shower scrubber but in carpet form....

That sounds like a good idea. Just anything that will stay in place for them to run over would help. Stapling sounds it might be the only way to get it to stay in place.

I am thinking staples might be easier to remove when the flooring goes in opposed to scraping off caulk or permanent industrial velcro?

I've been quiet on the, especially this pet thread because I had to put my American Brittany, Belle, down just over 2 weeks ago.

I know she's in a better place, and in no pain now, but after spending 15 years with a pup from the time she was 8 weeks old is still tough, even for a big guy like me.

Here's a couple of Belly. RIP pretty girl.... Belle 1.jpg Belle 2.jpg Belle-Easter.jpg Belle Easter 2.jpg
