Well in being true to a jack Russell he loves tug of war! He will hang off the ground and shake it as hard as he can while growling lol

I have a Jack Russell/Beagle...nose with an attitude, you can not wear that dog out. We play "dog fishing", a 6 foot piece of old tie down strap zip tied to the end of a 3 foot piece of bamboo stick...just wave it around like your playing with a cat, she will chase it relentlessly for as long as you let her, I have to make sure I give her breaks so she doesn't overdo it, I swear she will chase it till she passes out. Here she is in the middle of the pack.

Is that a Ecollar/shock collar on your Jack and if so how do you like it? I am seriously considering getting one to AID in training this guy to stay around the house. Our last one would never wander off and would stay outside all day by herself. I am thinking this little guy may be harder to train. We have been working with him already and he will sit on command and he is starting to get the hang of the down so I feel he is doing pretty good for only being 9 weeks old and with us for a few days.

It is a GPS/ecollar from Garmin called the Alpha, I would not be without it. There was a thread recently about this.

Glad to hear Willow is doing better. Yeah, I get nervous with dog food now, as well.

Its been needed for a couple years and the house is soaking up the stain faster then she can apply it  ;) Gone through 2 and a half cans already so kinda figuring its gonna be around $600 just for stain when done  but alot better than siding it

He thinks he should sleep in bed with us, lol. He whines and cries until my daughter picks him up and then he will lay right down and snuggle. I am the mean one who makes him sleep in his crate.

Does he shriek all night long in the crate? You'd have thought we were hanging Giz by her feet with piano wire the way she went ballistic for an entire week... on our bed looking right at me, in the crate, wife gone. Still can't believe how long she kept that up. Very long week... :zip: She now will stay in the crate for 6 hours or so without any probs.
