I have found my 60lb viszla on the table in 2011 grooming my infants head (think jerry lewis hairdo), and again here in 2015..........On the 34.5" kitchen island here in 2015 trying to get to my lunch while I answered the doorbell.

Ruger has grabbed a stick of butter and block of cream cheese off the counter and a whole pound of bacon out of a skillet on the stove. Luckily the pan had just been turned on and was not preheated yet. Wife was planning on breaking the bacon up and threw it in the pan in one big chunk. then walked around the corner. :bug::mad::headbang:

that was a few months ago...he has grown up since...:rofl:

I wonder if mine are conditioned from getting on the bed at night. I ask them to get down often, and they are right back up on the bed after I doze off. I might be making excuses but I cannot blame them for trying

Ruger is usually laying on my side when I go to bed, sometimes with his head on my pillow.
    Really !!!???!!! :picard: :hair:

Turbo used to do the same thing.
Diesel just stays on his bed. Sometimes he jumps up when there is thunder

I am a hypocrite, love waking in the morning with toddler and dogs in my sight and within my reach :) Going to bed is different, I get pinned under the covers like a straight jacket between the dogs laying on both sides.

    Really !!!???!!!

Had some help this morning splitting and stacking some elm, but Doug and Flicka soon went on a sit down strike.

Counter surfing at its finest. Every once in a while Badger still counter surfs. It's my wife's fault because she applied it to happen when he was a pup.

She realizes the problem now, so i think (hope) she's going to not allow it at all with our new pup we get next weekend.

Badger sleeps on the bed with my wife and I. She complains about being pinned in. That's with just me and the 93 lb Badger. Just wait until we get our new lab pup Will.:rofl:

It doesn't bother me at all, yet. I think our queen bed will be replaced with a king in a few months. Belle sleeps on her dog bed, on the side of the bed.

A couple of pics of the pups at 7 weeks. I pick our pup up next Saturday. It's one of these 2.

My wife thinks Will is blue, and I'm thinking Will is green.
    Both are adorable.

The person that has the choice ahead of us makes their mind up just before we take ours home.

    Green on the left
