    I'm in the middle of making several loads of hot salsa. I'll probably end up with 3 or 4 extra pint jars that I'd like to give away to 3 or 4 members. Is there any interest in it?

    I just tasted, the end batch. It only has two ghost peppers in it. But IMO, it has plenty of heat for me, but you still get the taste & texture of salsa. It's good with beer, even warm.

    I use crushed ghost pepper flakes for lots of stuff. Next year I may grow some of the peppers.

    I have some Ghost Chili hot sauce in a bottle that I would be more than happy to bring to the next GTG, and if any of you Ohio guys think you can handle hot stuff... I dare you to try this. Just remind me before the next GTG, I want to watch ;) :cool: I can handle hot stuff, but this is like some sort of battery acid in a bottle. :zip:
