    At first, I said there's no way we'll leave a genny up at the cabin again... but, if the family really wants it there (some would rather not have power there), I could whip up a 1/4" mess hardware cloth (screen) cover, that would keep those bastages out of the genny. We'll see... I'm not quiiiiiiiiite over losing the 1st genny... ;)

    There are a few open frame inverter gennies out there. That would likely be my preference, actually, if one fit my needs. Suitcases are kind of hard to work on, even just simple things like changing oil or plug or draining carb.
