I don’t know 35 well. Coming out of Scarborough we’d take either 25 or 114, depending on where we were heading. Wescott’s used to be on 35 near the town line, if I recall correctly.

Mt Desert I. was 45 min from Orono on a sunny Friday afternoon, and took The Airline on a trip to N.S. Just a couple of years ago I finally went further east along the coast. B&B in Cherryfield, and a drive to Roque Bluffs for the sunset.

I haven't been home since we buried my Aunt in 2006, 114 and 26 both cross 35. The family sold out to MB of NH.

You guys....I am not a PE, just a carpenter with 30 years experience.
I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express this past year.

24x28 with a 9/12 engineered truss would work though

    The topic was water tanks.

And it was years ago well prior to my run in with a stroke in 2016.

I had a center support that ran the length of the garage that was supported by concrete filled posts.

I’m a civil PE but not a structural so I can’t help you with structures. Sorry.

I thought I was going to be able to drive the trains!

Just get in the engine and stop the dead man from engaging the train will handle the rest.

I thought OP wanted a bonus room above. That makes whole thing easy order trusses. All truss manufacturer have engineers for trusses with 5 minute phone call.. I'm sure ironpony can confirm

Yes, people want to make this difficult or be I can do it I do not need help or save fifty bucks.

One phone call, sealed engineered prints for permits, couple weeks delivered, stand them up, pass inspection.

No "building inspection" here in our rural parts.
No need for prints or engineered trusses. We and contractors in these parts have built many structures without plans that last.
Trusses take up too much room, so we've used simple collar ties...and will again.
Thx for the offer Pony. Ye shall be thanked if ye are ye. Ye ? Too cute.
    YE !
