Found out why I had such a hard time finding a wood supplier in the beginning

    Man wood sure is cheap there BB! Last winter depleted wood supplies and drove the price up! All about supply and demand..

    For the most part, that is true here, as well. Everything shot up by $25-50 a cord. $250-275 is pretty common around here.

    But, people have a ton of pine on hand from the storms and everyone is scared of it. The hardwood I get is because of the high volume I buy.

    Wouldn't have to worry about that with many of the firewood dealers who sell "seasoned wood"... Would be funny to have the same situation and have the owner say "Go ahead, light that wood on fire..... If you can!!" :rofl: :lol:
