    We got a call for hardwood pellets!!
    From a guy that just got a pellet stove.
    (After years of burning wood...)

    It's been so long, maybe 10 years, since I've seen a clinker in one of my stoves.

    I had a St Croix multi fuel that really didn't like pellets... used it for two years in my shop. Zero clinkers in my older St Croix and the Englander in my shop.

    My 61a seems to like pea sized gravel the best.....

    Since it's gotten a bit colder the speed bump has pretty much disappeared :thumbs:. Glass still dirties quickly but that seems to be a common issue with the absolute 43,63 and Allure

    Yeah, the colder it is, the harder they work so the hotter they burn. Also, humid weather can affect how much ash and/or build up too.
