You can take a sanding roll and smooth that out If it's too far down the bore. Just blend the edges where air can flow smoothly and stay right inside the gasket area.

120 or so. Just make sure there's no high spots.

That should work. Make sure to put a bevel back on the bottom of the intake.

Smooth that divider some. Just don't go to knife edge thick. You can take too much out and lose velocity.

This is the saw I am putting the jug on.it is my 372 x-torq, I picked up 3 of thease 372s last year fur a hundred bucks. The x-torq didn't have any compression and I had to jb weld the dogs...the bolts had backed out and took the threads with them. I pulled the pisition and jug. Then replaced it with ...I think the 372xpw or the 372xp position and jug...can't remember... Lol...any who...I run that saw all last year and made alot of money chasin...will this kind of gasket material work fur pullin the head gasket. If I am done hoggin the jug..what do I use to clean it up with. I did a muffler mod and i hogged out the intake of the muffler to match the intake of the exhaust to match.AnyAny tips or words of wisdom...lol...thanks guys...
