    Thanks bud rated for 40000 Btu or 800-1600 sq. ft I just heat the Man Cave with it 500+ sq ft used to try an heat the upstairs in the beginning but not very successful . :( Put the pellet burner in up stairs now it's all good :cool: a very warm and cozy home and a happy honey:thumbs:
