    From what I have read it seems dense packed cellulose is a better choice on walls, a bit cheaper than foam. draw back larger holes. positive less prone to bug and rodent. My place is like yours all brick exterior cept for a half wall of cedar out front, split ranch 1960, back bedroom gets pretty cool vs/ rest of place and that is a 3 exterior wall room which accounts for it. winter project will be fitting 2" foam blocks in sills -removing fiberglass, sealing them with the small cans of foam. Gonna take awhile with a 2000sq ft , foot print.
