Where did you order the polycarbonate panels from?

Amerilux is partnered w/Menards. Ship to store, free. Pick it up at the store.
Menards has all the stuff to install it in the store.
If they don't, order it w/the panels and it all ships together.
I was amazed at how easy it was to get.
Was a good deal for me.

So, what to cover the walls inside with?
We went all over the board.
    Masonite...no it will rot.
Plywood. ....yea, w/water sealer. ....but too bland.
What about cedar? Started checking around and it is expensive.
Then I started looking at cedar at the HD. Fencing. Ok, still too
expensive and kind of over kill.....unless I cut it in half.
Double your pleasure, double your fun.....for half the cost.
I resawed 3.5" cedar fence pickets on the band saw.
Custom 1/4" cedar paneling. It looks great.
    Will last long past me.

Is there a special piece that fills the seam where the polycarbonate sheets meet? Or just clear tape? Or do they "click" together? Hard to see in the picture.

Love the cedar inside. Your project is turning into a work of art.

    Yes. It's H channel
    https://www.menards.com/main/buildi...73-c-5819.htm?tid=-8569762858508252886&ipos=2
It joins the panels in vertical plane.
    U channel joins/seals the edges.
The H channel and the panels themselves are drilled
and screwed to your structure. Panels have to have 1/2" clearance
both vertical and horizontal to allow for expansion/contraction
due to temperature changes. Screws are self taping w/a large
neoprene washer. Tighten just enough for the washer to seal.

Finished the east/west outside walls. All the exposed wood is cedar.
All will get coat of water sealer. I like all the contrasting colors of
the cedar. Almost weather tight. Got started on the north wall
but ran out of dry shingles. Close to being done w/the structure.

Had the hired hand....AKA-the better half, put the water seal on the cedar.
    Really made it pop.

Wow, and I thought it couldn't get any better. Amazing how that water seal brings out the color and patterns.

Structurally, my project is complete. Everything is cedar, for the most part and water sealed.
The prefab, toy green house did not come w/the deck option......mine did. Will make a
great place for my sister's strawberry pot....and when the freeze comes, will take it inside
for the winter. Need to build some plant boxes and set the fan. Window stop, latch and
weather stripping. Pleanty of time for that before the burn season is upon us.
My neighbor said I have created functional art. I think I have.
Very satisfied w/the effort. It will provide years of fun playing w/it.

Wow, that's beautiful! Please post pictures of what you do with the landscaping around it. Does this put a crimp in the space available for storing wood? You were stuffed to the gills last fall. Did you burn most of it?

    Thanks! It has been fun.

We only burned maybe just over a cord last winter. Really warm down here.
We went back up there in April to check it out. Got a short truck load.
That was half what we burned last year....so, just looking for
maybe a truck load and I will be full again.
