Who else lit up this past weekend? This ties for my earliest SS light-up ever, we had a fire in the NZ3000 both Saturday night and Sunday night. Just to keep the chill off.

Friday Saturday and Sunday the mercury dipped down to the upper 20s-low 30s...

I love this time of year!

Not this past weekend, but we’ve done 4 days straight. The 4th day we had the windows open

Had our first fire last night. Will more than likely have another tonight, supposed to be in the 30s and I have the wood, seasoned ready to go, why wait, why be chilly... and this is definitely the earliest I've started it up.

I lit a small load in the Drolet 1400i in the fireplace late Friday night, then two on Saturday, and another Sunday morning...should have done one Sunday night too, but the weather report was showing warmer weather overnight...nope, woke up to a cool house and spotty frost outside, oops

Several fires already here and quite normal for us. We could have had fires sooner but I held off until someone else who lives here began complaining rather strongly...

Yes we did. Sorry that I did not get many pictures. Probably spent too much time devoted to B.S.

You probably recognize a few of these guys. Of course PA was well represented.

We've been having a fire each morning this week. Then, let the sun take over.

Last week I was burning some take the chill off fires just about every day, this week looks like Summer is back with highs in the 70's. Bugs are coming back out too!

Yesterday morning, it was 36 here. Touched off our first fire, and it did noticeably better with the new blown in insulation above the main area of the house. Me like... a lot... :fire:... :dex::yes:
