    That could be handy if someone would like to split for someone else. Then you could show them how you want the wood split. For example, I like to split so as to get rectangles and squares. Some like small pieces. Some like triangles, ect, ect.

    It would be much better if you had several different logs to split, especially a couple with knots. something like hickory. maple and oak, etc.
