Haven't figured out how to make screenshots on the Roku yet, but I knelt down in front of the big screen and took some pics. As you may notice, I tried to give the channel roughly the same appearance as the forum. I even took screenshots of the forum so that I could get precise colour matching.
I've been busy with some stuff but hoping to get some new videos up tonight, including the ones by MasterMech. Trying to finish up the fruitcake video I shot last night but having a number of problems getting it all pieced together. Is anyone other than Dad and I able to tune into this channel?
As much as I hate fruit cake? That was a well thought out video, with good production, and narration. The only thing I would change?? I would have Rum Nice video Jack. Thanks.
Removed everything that may have a copyright until I get permission from the companies themselves. Got a bunch of MasterMech's videos up and starting on Scotty's feed. Going to go back through this thread and post all the stuff people suggested. Just asked the pellet pigs for pellet related videos. Hoping to re-submit the channel again tonight or tomorrow.
Well I got a bunch up by Scotty and Mech, and I got yours up Dave. I just finished putting a bunch up by wranglerstar (from wranglerstar.com) as he was kind enough to tell me I could use whatever I like.
Just put up a bunch of NW Walker's rocket stove videos and updated the logo to match the new one for the forum. So BogyDave, Scotty, MM, Smoke Show, Walker and I all have videos on Firewood Hoarders TV. It's really starting to look like a product of this site!
Cool Jack! Wish I had Roku, it looks great on the screenshots. I loved your fruitcake vid, the logo and intro really tie it all together. Nice job man.
Thanks a lot Matt, I am looks into getting tripod mounts for the iPhone and iPad and running a STABLE two cam setup for similar videos in the future. I am new to all this video making. Well, not really. I did a lot of it in a high school TV production class they let us take repeatedly in high school, but that was with a full crew and professional equipment. I would like to make a quality video without fancy equipment. Currently I am trying to figure out how to get my professional mins into the mix.
