I can't sell the property till I get all the firewood and logs gone. I also have 3 commercial rentals that need to be dealt with, don't want to give them notice till I have a deposit in escrow. I have a Corporate attorney and have been advised to get as much stuff off the property so that any buyer won't be thinking of all the extra work to remove, wood, compost piles (I sell compost in the spring about 150 yds. on property now, I use food scraps from the restaurant and chips) tractors, trailer, dump trailer and extra pallets moved so a buyer can visualize. I guess he thinks I am selling a house but it makes sense. So my dilemma seems to be I can't do one thing till I do something else first.
