My wife has her GSD, Lady, 14 yo.. Arthritis slowing her down. Can’t get on bed, wife takes SUV, as it’s easier to get in Lady killed another fox last week, 7 years ago a fox with mange went towards daughter (worse than wife) down driveway.. Lady has despised foxes ever since. I have very few pics of Lady where she is not behind wife.. under her feet
Even when our boy, Luke, was slowing down and I would think about “that day”, I would tell myself, “yes, but not today.” There were many many blessed and wonderful days to be had before “that day” came. He still lives in my heart and I hope to see him again, in full vigor, in Glory. Best, tsl
