    NortheastAl move your sons project outside and cover with a tarp. It will free up your garage and he can either leave it there or take it to his house. You will be surprised how fast he finds the time to get it moved to his house.

    Now that's an idea. That would be a motivator. The one issue is that it is a VW bug and the body is suspended from the rafters just off the frame. Will have to weld a couple cross members to get it out in one shot, I think. Been so long since I got in the garage to that point I forget. I do have some of his extra fenders and hood outside under a tarp.

    Deck screws work just fine. Easier getting through the fiberglass too than the galvanized. lol

    Take a couple of smaller trees or limbs and set across the frame they will hold up the body til you get it out of the garage
