Fire Pit Pork Ribs

    My first time grilling ribs on my new fire pit. Followed The BBQ Pit Boys 2 hour Pork Ribs video.
    I have to say they came out pretty good. Had some oak and hickory as the fuel. And some apple juice in the roasting pan for added moisture.
    Looking forward to doing more grilling on my fire pit with my modified Weber Kettle grilling Lid.

    Lol, threat of snow tonight into tomorrow, but the anticipated 50 degree temp for tomorrow might turn all that snow into a falling liquid.
