That is a 4ft section class a. In the off season I also lined my masonry chimney and extended or as well as you can see with the multi colored blocks. It's still borderline height

I'm sure glad you were properly dressed when you took that photo of the woodstove!

I used about 6pcs of 1" cherry limb pcs I'd cut up from two trees we took out when we first moved here, 1 pce 8"x18" oak slabwood cut off end pce, 3-4 cut up pcs of pallets, and finally 2pcs of cedar, really ugly pcs maybe 8" blocks left over from clearing out a pasture. Started a little before 8pm last night and was still at 500 when I went to bed at midnight (after my Niners disappointed me....again). This morning the stove was luke warm to the touch and I was certainly surprised to find about a dozen hot coals as big as a dozen eggs sitting in the ash. A handful of trash maple limbs broken over my knee and the flames came to life yet again. I'm looking forward to some colder weather when I can really load her up sit back with the fire show.

What he meant in updating your signature line is to go to the upper right hand corner of the page and click on your name (right next to "Inbox" and "Alerts." Then on the left hand side of the page after you do that you'll see something like below. (I've highlighted "Signature" in orange.) Click on that and it will give you a place to type in whatever you want in your signature line. If you look at most folks posts, at the bottom of their post they will list what stove they have or what saws, equipment or other information. This can be of help to others.
