Great shed and great job getting it built! Kind of like putting a jigsaw puzzle together but you can cut pieces to fit. Again, great job. Wood love to have one just like it.

Hi timusp40 , That is a GREAT looking shed! Nice size and very pleasing to the eye. I especially like the drop front overhang. Pleased to make your acquaintance.

Nice shed. I have been planning some type of structure here; hopefully in the spring I can get something built.

Very nice shed. You learned something along the way, that will hold a lot of wood.

To all of you that commented on the woodshed, A very much ppreciated THANK YOU!! Makes a old fart like me feel pretty good. I have been away from these forums way too long and to get so many replys restores my thoughts from when I first found the Firewood Horders. You all are a bunch of really great people. A feel like Christmas just came early. I'm going to put together another thread soon on our woodstove from the day we picked it up to our first fire. God bless you guys, be well and stay safe.

    bogydave,
Yeah I got lucky. Before I retired, the company I was working for bought some large equipment that came in heavy crates. They were going to dumpster all of the wood. I was able to make most of the framing, roof and open siding from them. Shingles are 5 different colors from left over jobs. it isn't made from the best stuff, but should be all that I will ever need. Oh, and on the stacks, every piece was split by hand. A guy has to keep at it I figure. At least as long as I am able.

There is a bunch of great folks here.
Glad you are back on here.
I, too, am fixing to build a bigger wood shed, the thread is "wood shed floor" if you care to see it. I found some of the materials from work also.
