No, not her. She's at work. Some may remember that last season I noticed screw threads in a round that had obviously dulled the landscaper's chain... After I split & burned that wood I found this in the stove... Well I guess they had a hammock because I am still burning that same pile of wood and this morning, when cleaning the stove, I found... I am burning larger splits and did not see a trace of the hook or chain when I loaded last night. I love backyard wood. KaptJaq

So do i! As long as someone else cuts it haha. A while back I found an old insulator in a large oak round. Of course i found it with my chain first.
My dad has a L shaped bracket in a huge oak to hang up his bird feeder. the tree has claimed most of it!
Maybe it used to be some sort of homemade torture device. Could be they hung victims from that tree in the yard. I've been watching too many CSI type shows.
