We spent a couple hours today bucking and splitting some maple, boxelder and unamed light white wood (basswood maybe, had bark similar to mulberry). First time I've done much since last July 4 when I hurt my shoulder. Another reminder of why you need to keep at least a year ahead!
Good to hear you are back at it Adam. You are right about being ahead on the wood. That's why we preach 3 years ahead!
Ok, pile was a bit over twice this size. This is what we will be finishing up tomorrow. Front row (closest to camera) is what was stacked today, minus a small amount that was there previously.
Get er done Grizz. Hurt my shoulder two and a half months ago, pretty good now but, still have to be very careful with it
Glad to hear it Grizz.....my shoulder is STILL bummed from our beach trip over a year ago. Sadly, it doesn't seem to want to get better. I work theough the pain, have good days and bad days with it.....I fear eventual surgery.
