Sent the wifey a message with this in tow! Thank you for taking the time and sharing. Not saying this for everyone in the south but my area chowder just isn't made. If you see it on a menu you can pretty much bet it's out the can from somewhere.
Well I'll say this you get what you see with me lol. I like hunting fishing firewood and fellowship with friends. This place is gonna be fun now that I can share pictures!
Oh picture of my wood box my dad made me. This is one of my most heartfelt gifts I've ever received. First two pictures are in his bedroom he had it hid for Christmas. Last is where it sits now full of wood at my house.
Up here in New England, chowder is like Oxygen, it's everywhere. The wife just made a pot using Haddock 4 days ago.
I could go for some chowder... or better yet-- some lobster bisque. Nothing beats a good bowl of lobster bisque.
My mom is going to be 89 and is a nursing home in a wheelchair. There is not much we can get her for Christmas as she has dementia. So.... my wife made her a big fat Lobster roll on Christmas eve, and the whole family gathered with her then. Since all she gets is nursing home food, she tore into that Lobster roll.
Good to hear she enjoyed the food and you enjoyed her joy in eating said food! My entire family vacationed in Falmouth one year. We loved the lobster rolls.
It gets you all set for a while. It appears that you may have one of the more severe cases of addiction that we've seen in a while. You took the first step towards getting help by being here.
