    I done that too with the oil. It comes as a complete surprise! It’s a goofy color too!

    This works for me... Always, Always fill the oil first, and cap it before filling the gas.

    Did I mention always? This also has the side benefit that you’ll never run the saw dry of bar oil.

    Or use SimpleGreen detergent! At higher concentrations it is a fair de-greaser. Disclaimer: For a while you will smell like an evergreen tree when you wear the pants. Don't stand still for long or someone will try to fall you!

    I watched a guy do that last week. best part is he did it while having a conversation with me about how he put bar oil in the gas/oil tank before.

    I have dumped oil and gas down my leg and yes I have put gas in the oil port. Have never put oil in the gas.....YET

    Me too!! Actually lost the cap and tether the last time out.

    Good riddens!! I don’t think it ever fit just right anyway.

    You can use regular simple green in the washing machine and yes you do smell like evergreen
