Now that you process firewood You don't need to use the weights for exercise. Putting them to a better use, keep the wood dry
Either way on the splitting will work fine. I like to move the logs to where they will be split then set the splitter right beside and do the work without moving the splitter or moving it ahead just a little at a time. Those logs will be heavy but certainly not unmanageable. Shoot, you could even take the splitting maul back with you in case a couple logs were too big to handle. Split those in half and all would be well.
I took the moisture meter out there right after I bucked it up, bottom half of the tree dead center is 25%, top half 16 to 20%
When I see this thread pop up I misread the title everytime. First instinct is WTG girl, push up bras rock!! Then realize its about fire wood.
