At 40 minutes we should have some nice warm air coming out of the vents :)

So....... Is there reason to celebrate? :drunk:

That flame looks much better. Just make sure your not getting that black build up on the glass. You should have a nice Greyish or white colored ash (maybe slightly brown? Depends on pellet).

Still have one problem though, the blower will not stay running. I timed it, it only runs for 2 min and then shuts off. Kind of hard to heat the house when the blower won't run...

The blower will cycle on and off depending on how high the furnace is running. That can be adjusted on the control board (at least on my older one). The blower can either cycle on and off as the temp in the plenum calls for or it can be set to run all the time.

If I run mine on level 2 the blower cycles. If I run it on 3 or higher then the blower runs continuously. Unless I'm burning junk pellets, then it will cycle even on level 3.

Thank you, I will see if we have that option. Even on level 4 the blower won't stay running.

On the same side of the furnace as the control board towards the top is an access panel that can be removed. Behind that is where the high/low limit for the blower can be adjusted. I suppose it could have been misadjusted from the factory. I'd have to dig into mine to see what it is set at. I think there is a description in the manual of what the recommended settings are.

If it's on a stat and at idle? It will shut on and off. But if mine is one level 3 or up? It will run constantly?

That means your heat setting for on/off on your blower is way off.

As 343 stated, look behind that cover. After 3 seasons, here is where I keep mine. Still allows some "Off" time if on level 2. But always On on level 3 or above.

Just make sure when you reinstall the silver cover inside that panel, that you pull the white switch back "Out". You will see where it says push in for manual or pull out for Automatic. Normally when I put mine back on, I end up pushing it in on accident.

Pic of location and also my settings. I am curious as to 343's.

Make sure when you adjust those pins, that you push in and hold that circular dial. Read what's on the dial.

I put the beer down and went downstairs. Mine looks to be set same as yours. I've never taken the cover off and looked at the settings before.

Your High limit is still at 200° (which is still factory) I turned mine down to 175° to be safe. As long as the "On" switch" is lower than the High temp, then it will only shut off if something is wrong.

From left to right, the 1st "pointer" as they call it is "Off". This is the temperature of air in which you want the blower to shut down, the second is the "On" temperature. You don't want this set to high, but also to low. If to high, the stove will burn on High for a long period and the blower won't kick on, which means more heat is sent out the exhaust. The third (far right) is the High temp overlimit. Something went wrong if this happened.

Yeah, it isn't working the greatest yet. Way better than before but still some issues. Blower doesn't want to stay running and the flame is pretty small. Frustrating!

We got 5 bags of different pellets to try, the other ones smell really bad like plastic when we are burning them. Maybe that's the issue????
