    I'm actually kind of embarrassed that I swore at him, dropped a lot of f bombs but man, that was like the final straw! They never try to make it right, at this point they should be offering at least a couple hundred bucks off but no, I get a smart azz grin and a half azz apology.

    Ward I hope they get this all straight. I understand, I have a call into the dealer about a issue that happened almost 2 months ago, many phone calls, and nothing in return. A lot of dealers out there need a swift kick! You will see on here good dealers, and guess what there in the wrong state grrr.! I understand losing your temper, a person can only be pushed so far!

    Thanks, I think that I made my point yesterday. I doubt they will mess it up again today. They would probably be scared of the crazy lady that swears a lot ;)

    Wow, You've endured too much drama already. I would of lost my cool much sooner. Hope you get this all resolved and can finally enjoy the heat!

    Often its not the equipment but who's backing it that makes all the difference. Hopefully they learn from this and can better their service. Sure hope so or they won't be in this buzz.

    No buzz for me today, I was nursing a huge headache all day curtesy of Jack Daniels himself. I have to admit, I was not very productive at work today, but I hid it well :)
