Not so much a channel, but a Genera that intrigues me. Cars/engines being built. A Merc V8. Here's one of a Chevrolet plant from 1936. I totally geek out on something like this.

I'm not subscribed to Shawn James but every once in a while (if I have the time; his videos are LONG) I'll sit back and learn something from him. What blows my mind is how much he accomplishes with simple hand tools, and he's no spring chicken! Kind of reminds me of a modern-day Richard Proenneke in a big way.
I watch a lot of content on this channel. Do some scrolling, you'll find something interesting. https://www.youtube.com/@PeriscopeFilm/videos Edit: More good stuff. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLaGAbbh1M3ImKavW8ZY0aZyFK1c-PLCAj
I watch most all his videos, and use some in my criminal justice class. His background in Mopar muscle cars is a bonus. I agree IFJ does good deeds. They have stepped up whe civil liberties Union has fallen away. I do the premium offering to listen to vids with the app closed., and to download when I am working in the lower pasture. Adam Carrolla podcasts and Breaking Points are what I listen to most consistently.
This guy in a couple hours from me and about 30 minutes from where I grew up. I know where his photography studio is (his old wood yard and where he is in the video you posted) and about where his new wood yard is.
they are long but I usually am at the sewing machine working on a project. I have fallen behind this fall on watching. My Self Reliant is usually no talking, just working on projects and drone shots of the area.
