Here's the pic on my cut-out silicone gaskets and epoxied Fasco motor along with a dust collection from the leaking auger bushing(pellets were screened ).:picard: I sand papered the motor housing to better adhered the epoxy, hard to see the epoxy in the pic, maybe I should of done the other end of the motor in case it gets loosen up too, time will tell. It's running silently  The other motor is much looser than the first one and I would suggest to epoxy your present motor to avoid a noisy motor down the road  when you ever have it out :smoke:

Got the 3" ID to 3" OD stainless adapter installed, provided plenty of room for the OAK!

Anyone familiar with the DuraVent pellet pro adjustable length pipe? I read it as the 12” pipe can adjust to an installed length of 15-24”??

It's to make a odd measurement in piping to come together nicely without using a hacksaw
    Are you using 4"?

Hear I go highjackin the thread again. We have decided to sell the furnace at the end of this heating season so anyone interested can PM me for details. Ivan I don't see where to PM you on here so that is why I am doing this here. The furnace is only 3 years old and still has some warranty left on it.

Got the 4" stainless liner in and the T put together at the bottom that extends out of the chimney. Now, at the vertical and horizontal T connection, is there a typical way to seal this joint? Since its in a chimney I only have access to the inside of the joint shown in the picture.

I would bring this up in the regular pellet thread to have more opinions on this matter. Not enough of us 50F owners coming to your rescue, I for one is no help as my venting is different!

Look at page 13 for approved fuel types. 4,5,6 selection. If I remember correctly, you might have to manually light the fire to start with pellets. Corn has to be screened to remove dust/cobs and have low moisture.
