    Have you greased the actuators?

Yes. Every season. It's not that hard when you remove the back panel and the control board (unplug stove first)

I actually just removed it to sneak a peak, I think I would have to put it into maintenance mode so the arms are extended. As it sits, arms closed nothing to grease.

Removing the back panel is no easy task when you have a 10" insulated duct there:faint:

I was looking at possibly removing the cold air box and leaving the duct intact and just pushing it away to remove the cover screws to NEVER put them ALL back. Just the easy to reach ones. I see a cold air box screw on each end, which means 1 must be in the middle and that's blocked!

Yep. Extend both the pusher plate and burn plate out all the way so that you can grease the top and bottom of each slide.

Sorry, never thought about that as I don't have a Cold Air Return hooked up.

Once you get it off though, you only need the two that you can get to? I would throw the middle screw in a parts bin for when you lose one elsewhere :)

How about the blower that's back there? Should that be cleaned?

    Which one. Combustion or Distribution?

Combustion is on the side, so the distribution I believe is in the rear.

If you install a flex duct on the upper part of the cold air return will facilitate movement to push aside the cold air plenum box behind the furnace for easier access.

If you go to the Fahrenheit information thread, you'll find the impeller#, I think it's from a Kozi or Quadrafire stove. I don't have it on hand, sorry. On initial start up the furnace is on a higher burn rate for about 20 minutes then settles down to the set burn rate.
The two holes at the bottom is your exhaust outlet, don't cover it up. There's a plate just above it which needs to be kept clean for upper heat exchanger passage.
