Dave I predict prices will drop soon in housing, if inflation is 7 % (I think it’s higher but they keep changing way it’s measured). They have too move interest rates up. Right now the banks are allowed to lend to that, so either you have to have a touch of a recession and bring things under control. Or the price of housing has to come down. I figure your builder was going to start looking for winter work for next year.

I'm thinking along those lines as well. I have a CPA friend who dabbles in stocks and is much smarter than I am in this market crap, He is the one who suggested I sit for a bit. This war may get out of hand and let's not forget we have (China) who could come along and Jack us in the back side as well.

Number came out I think it was Thursday 7.9% not counting food or fuel. Add that in and it’s roughly 25%. Way to go Brandon.

Yup I have my preferences of a few but stick mainly to one. Anything else I just don’t have the taste for. That microbrew garbage, I’d rather get the pizz straight out of the skunk.

It's too hard to hoard in a productive way with anything less.

Well I have tried so many options I’ve come to the conclusion that they all suck to me. I do not like heavy beer taste at all and that seems to be all of them craft beers. Plus as you say they are stupid expensive. Just bought a 4 pack of some Bacardi punch thing for $12 and chit when I looked at the receipt. 30 pack of bud light $22 makes more financial sense to me.

I've Always been a Pilsner/light type of Beer drinker, even when I was a kid. Heavy Beers never did much for me. I got sick as a dog one time on Guinness, it was Horrible, puking out my nose and A$$ at the same time! o_O:eek::headbang: Na, never was a liquor drinker either.
Don't and never profess to be a huge drinker but I can drink "all day" like a Good Irishman! :D
