You know, I haven't had any seafood yet......probably tomorrow. On the other hand, I haven't seen any food I haven't eaten yet, so................ Headed down to Roanoke Island tomorrow.
Hey Dave. We're considering a vacation too. Thinking perhaps Hudson Bay or the arctic might be good destinations this weekend.

I'm having a heck of a time getting pics on here for some reason. I think this camera is too old. I should get a new one. Yeah, that's it. I think I'll be taking pics with the phone......fewer problems. ETA: Ok, this is weird. The pic shows up once I post the message, but not when I'm composing. Confuzzling, to say the least.
Down on Roanoke today, we saw a plane swoop low to an airstrip and hook a banner, then ascended. Pretty cool. At the "Try My Nuts" store last night, we saw this.......... And this...........
Went to the aquarium on the island. The only thing I saw that caught my interest was this.............
Took a vid, but since I'm on this place' wifi, I can't upload from youtube. Just that shark slowly floating through the water. I guess we just missed the dinner feeding.
That's the one that caught my eye. Our daughter had to read it 3 times........... Today was tiring, but kinda' fun. The aquarium is geared for kids, so despite what everyone may think, I didn't enjoy that too much. I think the sharks would have MY great seat.......if ya' get mah drift.
One thing. Life is too short,....and so are vacations. Is that two things? Anyway, we're headed home tomorrow. Boo, hiss. Wondering if any of my fellow hoarders in Pennsylvania can give us a hint where we can stop overnight. Not too expensive, but no dives. Holiday Inn, maybe. We'll be headed back on 76. Thinking somewhere East of Pittsburgh. The trip down here wore us out for 2 days, so don't wanna' do that again. Gets more difficult to do those long drives every year.
