I grunt called in an 8 pointer 2 years ago. It was the coolest hunting experience to date. He was full of pizz and vinegar when he heard the call. I'll never forget it.

Hows the forecast looking for you? PA opens on Saturday also and Saturday is supposed to be cold but theyre calling for 6-7" of snow where I'll be between Sat night and Monday night. I'm pumped for snow, much better than the rain we usually get lol. Brown is much easier to see w a white background.

    Good hunting!

They are calling for several inches of red rain!!

Lol... on a serious note saturday is just a typical delmarva november day. High 20’s to low 30’s in early am, warming to 40’s during the day.

Sat night and all day sunday is rain. I’ll probably sleep in sunday morning but I have several Banks blinds on my fields so no excuse no to pop one sunday evening coming out to eat.

My old Line Foreman ate turkey yesterday and walked out behind his house and this guy was bedded with a doe. He said he walked for about 5 minutes. Rock County Wisconsin.

Opening Day in Ohio. Strange to have only heard one distant shot so far. Normally, by now we would have heard 15-20. Rain is moving into N.E. Ohio, maybe that the reason.

I have heard a few more shots but not a lot. I watched 4 deer out in the field grazing but they went off in the other direction.

10 mins after my post we saw a group of three then 10-15 mins later, a group of 5. Too far and brushy for a shot. They were on the ridge if you can make it out.

Had to cut my PA hunting trip short due to the weather. I was ok with snow but the forecast changed to icy conditions followed by snow. Only got out Saturday and didn't see anything. Came home Saturday night.
