Southeast Al and Southwest Al work just fine too. Three inches of snow on the first day of spring. Not exactly setting up a warming trend.
Just came across a new way to make boiled eggs thought I'd share on this thread.. Pressure cook those eggs. Crazy but it works.. Store bought or day old they peel easy. So here is the way I make them. Start with however many eggs you want. Made a face on this one. (Didn't want you to think I snuck in an old one)
We have an electric pressure cooker. Stove tops work also. Usually I cook about a dozen at a time. (Grab and go for breakfast) Add one cup water. Cook on low pressure for six to seven minutes. Take of heat and release pressure.
Send them to a cold water bath for 10 minutes If I am having for that morning. I usually cool until I can handle them. Like warm eggs with toast. Smack and peel. This is the cool part. They peel so easy. Before I would have more egg stuck to the shell.
Promise this the same egg. Nearly perfect (was in a hurry and how do you hold an egg and take a picture at the same time. Finished product.. Little salt and pepper with toast. Perfect Sunday breakfast.
