Slow go with the rt angle, the hog is a bit too big to get decent corners.

Just trying to rough them in. Go back and fine tune later.

 

All the ports roughed in.

That tool was designed for non-ferrous metals. The flue geometry and angles would be a little different.

 

Scrapped the billet idea, had some castings made instead.

 

Compared to the stock. Will have enough material to run a 56mm plated bore if wanted.
