I know this is I the wrong section so move if necessary. Well, after 16 years, my blower fan finally bit the dust, and, the Cat needs to be replaced. Earth Stove is out of business but the parts are available on line. If anyone has any experience replacing the fan and cat, I will probably need you to walk me through it. Tell me what you think before I order the parts. Or, should I use this as an excuse to buy a new insert? Thanks in advance. As for the splitter I have been looking at, I'm picking it up next week.
You may have to go to Condar to get a cat for the stove. Can't help you with the replacing of it though. However, it would seem that perhaps it is time you think strongly about a different stove or insert?!
