    I don't and I'm pretty confident when I say Will doesn't either.

b, you know I would. I would thoroughly enjoy the leisurely drive up and back, but I don't think I can come up with a cost effective transportation solution. My truck can't carry 1 ton, never mind 8! The rental places generally want a flat fee + a $1 "per mile" fee on top of that for a truck, and at ~200 miles one way, that's out...rental trailers don't hold enough weight. I'm out of options here...

Nice !! For me and the current prices around here, I would look hard at the following and opt for Lacrete

Power Package 4.4 ton* Platinum Softwood only $1,339.00

Power Package 4.4 ton* Platinum Softwood Includes

2.4 tons Spruce Pointe or Lacrete Softwood Pellets

    &

    2 tons Blazer Douglas Fir

yeah i know. I looked into the uhaul method... even their biggest trucks only hold like 3 ton

My neighbors dad has a 3500 dually dump body dodge... (random internet image: http://imganuncios.mitula.net/1997_...n_wilmington_de_19804_5350055421803985259.jpg)

i'm pretty sure that will tow the 20k lbs (16k pellets +4k trailer?)

would need to find a trailer.... and of course ASK if he would let me use the truck for a day lol

I'm also wondering if permits need to be pulled to tow that much across state lines

Ace Hardware here in Levittown get's 324.ton for lignetics all winter.....any has steady repeat customers every year..
I think the fact that he will store your pellets and u can come pick up what you can haul due to lack of storage space has something to do with it.
the store sits in between couple HD's and 2 walmarts that sell pellets like 60-70 dollars cheaper also but those BBstores won't store your pellets so those people pay more for the storage. I would have bought a shed rather than get fleeced for that Much on Lignetics.
