What ever it takes to get em home! Just don't over load the trailer or exceed the tow capacity of the vehicle.
I was told for my Truck [92 Toyota pickup 4 cyl ] to take about 12 bags[ close to 500lbs] off the Pallet and load in the truck bed.. remaining 1500 in the trailer. helps to balance the load..
Im predicting GS & NA to show up first, Then hopefully the bring in dried dog poop, is id buy that first!
I didn't pay much attention to the prices last spring. With the wife losing her job, We knew we we're going the cheapest route possible. I'm waiting on the Easy Blaze prices, We might get a ton of those along with the La Crete's. We'll then take our chances at what the box stores offer for the other 2 we are gonna stuff in. BTW, Happy birthday bud! Enjoy your day!!
I burned 3 tons of easy blaze a few years back. They are pretty good. I liked them a lot. I also liked the potamac's that you hated though, Jay. I wish they still sold those. IMO those were the steal of century. big box pricing with top of the line heat/ash. And yes, boating has a strict DUI punishment. 95% of all boat accidents are alcohol related.
Nice! What can that hold? 1 ton plus a ton in the bed? Since owning a home a pick up is in need. Almost bought one because I wanted to plow my driveway. I still might.....
yeap.......not a great year for prices or supplies- out cost hasn't come down at all from winter levels, and we're told it wont.......I guess we wait and see......
I lied. it's only half. More than 47 percent of all boating deaths in the state from 1998 to 2010—36 of 76 – had what the Coast Guard calls “alcohol involvement, ” indicating that alcohol had been consumed by a boat’s occupants before the accident, C-HIT’s review found. In 2010, five of six deaths involved alcohol. http://c-hit.org/2012/05/23/boating_deaths_linked_to_alcohol_exceed_u-s-_rate/
That only talk about deaths. Alcohol could be involved in 95% of all accidents. Like, I accidently got my girlfriend pregnant while drinking on a boat. Or I accidently took my friends eye out fishing, while drinking on a boat. Or I accidently lit my boat on fire because I was drinking and barbecuing on said boat. List goes on and on.
Speaking of Blazers...I threw a bag in the hopper this AM. Treating myself, with the freezing temps we have coming. HA HA - Plus I need something nuclear to burn off the thick layer of black "stuff" those Okie Golds leave caked on the entire interior surface of the fire box.
